Welcome back to a new week. We hope you have a great and relaxing weekend however that looks to you. Reminder we have 3WC this week. Students will not be onsite on Thursday unless here for their 3WC. Thank you for all the efforts that have gone in to getting students prepared for this. If you need any support during the conferences please reach out to any member of Admin we are available to support. 


3WC and translation

If you have any parents who have booked with translation and you know they are able to speak and understand English, please let your block secretary know so they can ring to double check. It is a challenge for our 3 secretaries to be available for the parents who do need translation if they are booked with parents who are ok without. If any parents have double booked, you can delete one of the sessions. 

ECIS Safeguarding training 

If you were not able to complete your ESIC training on Thursday, please make sure you have completed it and uploaded your certificate by 2.30pm Thursday 20th.

Reports to Admin

Reminder reports are due to Admin by end of day Tuesday 18th. If you have completed them before then, feel free to send earlier. 

Update to break 2 duty rota. 

Please see the update to Area A playground during break 2. If you have any questions please message Nicole. Homeroom teachers, please make sure your students are aware Area A is closed and they will be able to play in Area B,C and D.

 We hope you had a fantastic break and welcome back. Numbers are low across Primary and Secondary. 29% of primary was marked present today. We are still waiting on Ministry approval for summer hours.
