Our International Day is just around the corner, and it has been wonderful to see the excitement building across the Primary school. Thank you to all teachers for the time, care, and creativity you are putting into preparing your classes.

Most importantly, thank you for making it a meaningful learning experience by celebrating our diverse community and helping students feel proud of who they are and where they come from. We cannot wait to enjoy the day together.

International Day Planner

Specialists: Arabic, MAT, and PE will cover homeroom lessons according to the standard timetable, but please note that these are non-teaching times (supervision only).

Example: If a MAT teacher is scheduled to teach a class during Lesson 1 (7:15 - 8:05), that MAT teacher must go to the assigned class and take over supervision for that period.

Assessments

Teachers may start earlier - Thank you for those who already did!

PMs (Yr 1 to Yr 6) - Jan. 25 to Jan 29

Reading level breakdown is finalised - proceed with PM assessments as scheduled until the document is shared for iSAMS records.


CEM (Y2) - Feb. 1 to Feb. 7 

  • More details will be discussed in a team meeting a week ahead - passwords in the folder

  • I will send an email to parents as a reminder to send headphones and share a poster on GC

 We hope you had a fantastic break and welcome back. Numbers are low across Primary and Secondary. 29% of primary was marked present today. We are still waiting on Ministry approval for summer hours.
