Thursday 9th

Once again, thank you for a fantastic week. We have been seeing some amazing lessons during our walk- throughs and we want to thank you for your commitment to the students. See you at 6.30am in the Small Cafeteria for our Face to Face meeting.

Free Webinar -Building Student Motivation and Engagement

Across cultures and classrooms, one of the most universal challenges educators face is sustaining student engagement and motivation. As teaching and learning evolve toward more personalized and learner-centered approaches, understanding the forces that drive motivation has never been more essential.

Join Terry McHugh, Professional Learning Specialist at McGraw-Hill, on 15th October at 1pm GMT +1 for a Continued Professional Development (CPD) webinar on student motivation and engagement, jointly presented with the ISC Community.

Participants will be introduced to a framework of student engagement as a way to deepen their understanding of engagement and motivation. We will draw from current research in motivation, engagement, and cognitive psychology as we explore how these principles intersect with learning and lesson design. We’ll also look at tools and strategies to support teachers in designing instruction that fosters both motivation and engagement.

When: 15th October at 1pm GMT+1/BST
