Sunday 20th

Staying in Qatar or travelling, the break is near. Thank you for all you have done to get to this point in the term, not long until a well deserved break starts.

Back to Basics- Teacher, parent communication

Teacher-parent communication is extremely important not only for a successful year for students but also for us as teaching faculty.  Creating positive relationships with parents helps to bridge the gap between home and school life. Sending positive emails, quick positive emails and a chat at the end of the day (where possible) are all ways to start building that connection. Have you managed to do these? If not it's never too late to start. Article link.

Staff absent reminder

Just a reminder, if you are absent for two consecutive days a medical certificate needs to be provided. Leave Thursday before the break or Sunday after a break will be a double deduction unless a medical certificate is provided.
