Sunday 13th
Welcome back to another busy week at EMS. We hope you enjoyed your weekend and managed some rest and relaxation. With CEM, trips, class photos, Digital Citizen week + teaching and learning we are all feeling the pressure. Please make sure you are aware of deadlines as well as your important dates. If you need any support please reach out to us.
Back to basics- Classroom spaces
Having a look around your classroom space can you say everything in your room is used to its potential and/or has a purpose for being in your space. Do you have shelves sitting empty? Or tables that aren't used? Do you have a an overflow of furniture that doesn't really have a purpose but is there because it's there?
An extension of students learning is their classroom. If your space doesn't reflect learning there are some easy tweaks to make. Here is a quick article highlighting the fact. If you would like to make some changes Mr Anan and his team are able to help remove furniture.
CEM
If you have students without passwords please send a message to Catherine so she can update the system. If students click out of the assessment before they finish the tab will not appear as an option on their home screen. Let us know if that happens and we will get in touch with CEM.
School photos
Photos are starting this week. Please make sure students are in correct uniform. Students without photo consent cannot have their photos taken. Please be on time for your session.
Digital citizen week
Please make sure you take pictures this week during Digital Citizen week. The year level 21st Century has been asked by Ms Hiba to add to a Google folder.
