We are in the process of changing some break duties to better accommodate some schedules and make them more equitable. Everyone will get 27 contact slots (lessons or duties)
3 Types of duty:
- Break
- Prayer
- Gate
For example:
Homeroom teacher 24 lessons + 3 break duties= 27
Arabic teacher 25 lessons, 1 break duty +1 gate duty= 27
Non speaker teacher 25 lessons + 2 break duties= 27

1. What do you want students to learn and think about?
2. How will you teach students to learn those things?
3. How will you know what they learned, and what they didn’t?
