11th November - 3-Way conferences 7.30 - 12.30 pm 

11th November - gradebooks open to add grades

11th November - Reports switch with buddies

17th November - Submit reports to admin

21st November - all grades and reports on iSAMS

24th November - reports published

Staff Covid conduct

We need to be extra careful when it comes to break times etc. To avoid potential cross-team contamination, please revert to previous covid protocols, only meeting as teams and maintaining bubbles as much as possible.

Classes quarantining

Currently, the following classes are on home quarantine:

• 1-3
• 4-4, 4-5*, 4-6
• 5-2, 5-6, 5-8*

*Speaker students only out

This will be updated as classes test/re-test and we receive quarantine timelines from MOPH

Specialist lessons

These lessons will continue to push in at the moment. This is something that will be under constant review, with respect to COVID cases etc, so please observe all safety protocols with your classes.

Masks, Masks, Masks

Please try to make an extra effort to ensure you and your students are wearing masks at all times.

Arabic exams

These will go ahead as planned. Some students will have to complete their exams online. Arabic leadership will lead on this.

3 Way Conferences

• Wednesday 4:30-7:00pm @ home (or school if you prefer)
• Thursday 7:30-2:30 pm @ school (P.E., Arabic, Islamic & QH @home)
• Video conferencing is set up in the School Cloud system (no need to create links)

Send any parents with login issues Lewis's way

A number of people have been contacted and received a date for their booster vaccination. Please see attached here a document that allows you to place in your booster vaccination time if it is due during school. If and where possible please try to book your vaccination appointment for an evening or afternoon, after school.

Where there are no appointment times offered that are out of school hours please indicate if cover is required using the timetable attached in the document above. Simply write your name in the session where you will need to be out of school and please be sure to check the weeks correctly.

Set up outside the counselor's office in block E 1st floor. Please feel free to share your concerns, student's referrals by dropping in the names or sending an email/whatApp message  on 50820011 to Ms. Asiya if help in needed.
