Book week!
Some year groups held their book weeks this week, and a great time was had by all!
Year 6
Miss Ivy and Mr Frank went full, "character actor" yesterday. So Mr Frank was easily identifiable as Harry Potter, and Miss Ivy identified as Bradley Chalkers from "There's a Boy in the Girl's Bathroom", by Louis Sachar. Fun times!

Miss Ana's 1-1 students had loads of fun dressing up for book character dress-up day!
Today in 1.3 we had our dress-up day for Book Day. The children had to dress up as their favourite character and then talk about why they are their favourite character.
Year 2
A message from Miss Sarra:
Please find attached some of my students' posters related to the story "Papa, Please Get The Moon For Me", by Eric Carle. I asked them to make a poster about the story using Eric Carle's colorful collage technique.
A message from Isa's mum:
Hi miss Janine. How are you doing?
Isa choose the book "Wocket in my pocket". I didn't complete the dress and color his face yet. Really hope we are gonna complete it this afternoon, InsyaAllah
Anyone guess who this young man has chosen for his book character?
1-5 dress-ups!
A message from Miss Myriam:
Students in Year 1-5 enjoyed and celebrated the end of Book Week by dressing as a character from their favorite story. We had Cinderella, Elsa, Tom and Jerry, Curious George, princess Sofia, a dragon, pirates... and even Neymar came to the meeting. :)
