In the run-up to the end of the term and the year, please be conscious that tiredness and fatigue can affect how we and our students behave. When frustrations happen, remain calm. Count to 10. Ask for assistance if needed. Avoid addressing students in anger, especially in public settings. We can never be perfect and will make mistakes. That’s ok, as long as learning happens. Students are ready for a break, too, and we need to model positive, professional behaviour for them.
