I did a little bit of research last week and concluded pretty definitively that CLA awards were more likely to be given out at the beginning of a term than at the end. It seemed pretty intuitive, but nevertheless, now we know, let's do something about it!

Clear cache

Just running this "Top Tip" as it still may be an issue  - on iSAMS more generally and certainly on Gradebook. 

For some reason, the Gradebook module on iSAMS seems extra-sensitive to a cluttered browsing history! If Gradebook doesn't seem to want to open on your Chromebook, try the following:

  1. Click the 3 dots

  2. Select "More tools"

  3. Select "Clear browsing data" 

4. Select "Clear data" 


And that should do the trick! Refresh the gradebook, wait 10 seconds or so and it should appear.
