It's almost time to kick off your footballing spirit as our FIFA Arab Cup dress up day is coming on Thursday. Remember students and teachers can dress up as their favorite footballers, referees, or dress as a fan of their favourite team!
(Ladies: please wear leggings or jogging pants instead of shorts)

Catch up opportunity - Stressbuster PD
On Thursday after school, you have the opportunity to catch up with any part of your professional life you deem necessary. Areas you could concentrate on include; tidying your classroom, organising resources and arranging displays in your room or corridor. You could also; update some of your student notes and their goals, book parent meetings for term 2 and/or catch up with your buddy teacher or admin for a professional chat.
In you wanted to move forward with PD then you have a number of opportunities within your Blue Sky account. Simply log in to revise your goals and/or complete a module that interests you. You can see the subjects that you could explore in the picture below.
Hour of Code
Take the mystery out of coding, complete your Hour of Code with your students between now and the 12th of December. Support your class to complete plugged and unplugged activities and see their thrust for technology thrive. Please refer to Sara's email for more information.

Sight Word 3-in-a-Row:
Give your students choice in how they practice their sight words! Students can choose 3 out of 9 sight words activities to complete - they must be in a row!
Provide students with the sight word list/flashcards that students need to work on based on their level. You can differentiate the activity for each group and meet all needs!
