Weekend is almost here. We hope you have had a great first week back, bonus that it was a 4 day week. Relax, recuperate and enjoy the winter weather this weekend. See you on Sunday morning for our Face to Face in the small cafeteria 

Back to basics- moving around the school 

Starting back after a break is a great time to remind students of expectations. This includes moving through the buildings and around the school making sure the students are safe. Thank you to all the teachers who are meeting their students during line up times and reminding students how to safely move around the campus.

eSignature feature is now available for Google Docs and PDFs

With eSignature, you can create documents for signatures and send signature requests in Google Docs and Google Drive.

If you start from PDF files in Google Drive:

• On your computer, go to drive.google.com.

• Upload a new PDF file or find an existing one that you want to use.

• Open the PDF file in viewing mode.

• At the top right, click Menu > eSignature.

If you start from Google Docs:

• On your computer, go to drive.google.com.

• Create a new Google Doc or open an existing one.

• At the top, click Tools > eSignature.

POP awards will begin next week. Please make sure you have your students recorded mid week to ensure the awards are ready. Thank you!

Duties

Please make sure you are ON TIME for your break duties. Please feel free to move around your designated area, you do not need to stay in the same spot for your duty. Hi Viz jackets must be worn when you are on duty. Please speak to your block secretary if you need a new one.

As we look ahead with Term 2, please keep in mind the assessments and important dates we have coming up. Please keep continuing with your efforts on the weekly R.E.D folders, parents have praised this and appreciate the collaboration with school on this.

Assessment Dates/Deadlines by 12 noon: 

• PM Round 2 Years 1-6 - Begins 12th - 26th Jan (Submission on Isams Gradebook)
• Phonics Round 2 Kg2-Year3 Begins 12th-26th Jan (submission of phonics level on isams)
• Continuous Reporting 12th Jan -16th Feb
• T2 Reports - Grades Only  (Term 2 Reporting Timeline)
