Mindjoy is running a series of free workshops across the next few weeks, each one focused on a specific Mindjoy use case. Come with questions, leave with something ready to use in your classroom.

🧩 Support Students Beyond the Classroom

Homework falls apart when students get stuck and have no one to ask. Learn how to set up an AI tutor that gives every student a patient, on-demand thinking partner - for homework, early finishers, and the students who never put their hand up.

📊 Assess Smarter, Know More

No need to attend them all - just pick whichever feels most useful for where you are right now.

Cover Update

From Sunday, 3rd May, I will be taking over the cover from Ms Nicole.

Please ensure cover is sent the night before, or by 5:30 a.m. at the latest. The cover document must be shared with me, Ms Nicole, and your Team Leader, with all relevant details clearly included.

Weather Updates Made Easier

To improve school-wide communication, daily weather updates are now automated. The nurse’s advisory email will update a shared slide in real time, providing clear, immediate information on break arrangements.

This update will be visible on corridor screens and accessible via EMS bookmarks and the Chrome homepage, allowing staff to check arrangements quickly and avoid confusion.

Punctuality

A reminder that staff are expected to be on site by 6:45 a.m. If you are running late, you must inform a member of the Admin team in advance.

Any late arrivals will need to be recorded on the cover document as a late arrival.
