Tuesday 5th

This week is busy with lots of reading, dress ups and parents visiting to read to their child's class. Thank you to all teams who have worked together to create a reading timetable. It's been amazing seeing all students having the chance to read and be read to. Don't forget, Book week, dress up along with D.E.A.R (drop everything and read) on Thursday. Catherine sent an email with details.

Active duty
A huge thank you to the teachers who are active on duty, the areas where teachers are watching students, helping with disagreements and walking around the area have noticeably had less incidents.
If you are on your phone, not engaged or watching students, late or speaking with other members of staff it means you are not on active duty. Students safety is our priority, active duty is the only way to ensure this.

Thursday D.E.A.R
7.30am on Thursday we will all be out on the field for 15 minutes for D.E.A.R. We are still following Thursday normal timetable. If your students are in a specialist class it is expected for the specialist teacher to bring them to the field.
