Sunday 4th

Message from PLT - thank you for all you do at EMS.

We have a regular item on our agenda for PLT that involves us considering workloads, time of the year, stress levels, and the like. We were discussing things today, and have decided to scale observations back this term, so that unnecessary observations don't take up your time, or add to your stress levels. We will still try to get into class, but on an informal basis. I've just been involved in times tables games in year 4 for example, great fun!

You may be contacted by a member of PLT if a walkthrough or full observation is going to happen, but generally, this won't be the case.

Having said all of that, I know that some of you value advice and feedback on your teaching, so if you would like to book a more formal class visit, just let any admin member know and we will make that happen.

Thank you for all that you do.

Evaluating different AI applications: We'll explore a variety of AI tools and resources to identify those that best support our teaching and learning goals.

Sharing best practices and experiences: We'll provide a platform for teachers to share their insights and learnings with each other, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
