Dress down on the last Thursday of the month ONLY. Please avoid wearing jeans during the rest of the month.
For our male staff, we do not expect ties to be worn, but a collared shirt is expected, not a golfer.
For our female staff, please avoid wearing tights, sleeveless and midriff tops.
We would like staff to be more diligent with wearing their staff badges as this identifies us as staff members of EMS and not just a visitor.

Learning happens everywhere @ EMS!
However, please avoid sending students to areas without supervision or that you cannot keep your eye on. The stairwells are extremely hot, so encourage your students to stay in the hallways, preferably near your class.
Regarding disciplining students, as mentioned in the Behaviour PD, don't send them out and shut the door. Arrange an area within your class to accommodate these students.
