27th February

Congratulations to Miss Razane on her Quote Challenge victory last week! This is her chosen quote above for this week's challenge, and what it means to her below:

Challenges in life make us stronger to fight and to reach our goals and give us the opportunity for growth.

If you haven't yet tried, give it a go this week! Free lessons, Starbuck's and KFCs have been amongst the prizes so far!

Conversation Guide - Russian-Ukrainian War

There have been many developments over the past few days in regards to the Russian-Ukrainian War. You may have students that want to discuss these events or students that are directly impacted by these events. The counseling department has put together the following guide to assist you with these very sensitive conversations.

Please refer distressed students to your departmental counselor for support. You can also reach out to a member of your leadership team.

As an international school community, we also have colleagues that are from Russia, Ukraine, or other countries within the impacted region. The counseling department would also like to extend our services to you if you need a listening ear.

We understand that life, in general, has been difficult the past few years and we thank you for your continued support of the students and the school community. Wishing you all a great week ahead!

Breakfast with the Principal

Deadline is this Thursday to nominate your students... act now!

Slowwwwwwwwww down....

A message from Miss Rola:

I found this useful resource on TeachersPayTeachers. Class teachers might be interested in using it in their classrooms for students who rush into finishing their work and I thought it might be good to share on the blog.
